He joined Modicare business in December 2015 and prior to joining Modicare team, he worked in several other MLM companies and gained expertise in network marketing. He also tried his luck in other fields such as plumbing, IT and also set up Ayurvedic shops which only earned him a huge debt.

Jithesh is indebted to Shaji who acted as a messenger of God and introduced him to the world of Modicare. Modicare is the first direct selling company in India. While other MLM companies seek only personal profit and distribute products which have value for money, Modicare assures hundred percent quality of the products. Jithesh says, “More than us, our products speak”. He believes that Modicare acts as a charity to the common masses. Modicare’s story is one of innovation, of dreaming beyond ordinary and caring for the common man. Even if one fails, Modicare guides them to success.

Jithesh considers Modicare as a supporting system to his life journey, as it has helped him to earn name and recognition. For him, Network Marketing or MLM opened up the idea of ‘Man Power Multiplication’ which is all about increasing work time and earning higher income. He currently serves as the Presidential Director and looks forward to get promoted as the Crown Diamond Director within few years.

According to him, revising one’s idea, targeting a different audience, or redefining the brand identity could all easily take a failed concept and turn it into something more successful.
