Making a mark in the fashion industry

Three proficient youngsters Vikas Sugathan, Ginto Johny and Jyothish Nair teamed up back in November 2017 to establish Identity Models and Talents India/IMTI Talent Home, and it is no wonder that when people of such exceptional talents come together, then the rest would be history. Together, the trio has now wielded the venture into a leading model management company, dedicated to unravel promising talents in India. Transcending across genders, their ultimate focus is to leave a strong impression in the society on the relevance of self-image and professionalism. Defining the uniqueness in an individual, by clothing them in fashion excellence has been the trademark of their company.

One of their prominent model development services is inculcating raw expression towards achieving a noticeable improvement in the photoshoots.

Vikas Sugathan is the founder of IMTI, and has been there since its inception. He has covered four states, conducted 11 shows and brand shoots. He has conducted shows for his own production, and has been in the forefront for shows for sponsors, designer, concept-based ones, in addition to being the model groomer, fashion choreographer and stylist. He owes his success to his fashion guru Niyas Mohammed, and looks forward to working with leading South Indian designer Nelly Aasif.

Passionate model Ginto Johny, who is the CEO of IMTI, has also been an accountant by profession. An official model himself, he has been associated with fashion shows in South India. He has conducted eight fashion shows and six brand shoots. He currently has a web series and has a Kannada film project in handy.

Fashion model Jyothish Nair has been part of many shows spearheaded by famous South Indian designers in the fashion industry, with more than 20 fashion shows and 15 brand shoots. He has also had a flair for fashion designing. He has acted in a few TV shows and ads, which includes ones for channels such as Asianet and Flowers. His magazine shoots include the one for Grihalakshmi. IMTI has teamed up with Ganesh Gurang, who is one of the leading fashion choreographers in South India.

In the coming years, they intend to launch the brand, aimed at conducting and managing fashion shows in the future.
